I know Doom 4 is coming out, but that's not supposed to be focused around horror so much. Doom 3 BFG just came out, or you could surf the millions of Half Life 2 mods. Cry of Fear, Grey, etc...
There's also Amnesia custom maps, and A Machine For Pigs should be released soon enough.
